What must I test before installation to keep warranty eligibility?

How do I submit a warranty claim?

What solutions are available for an approved warranty claim?

Should I return a defective product immediately?
No. Do not return products without instructions or authorization from WOSENTE. The team will first review the evidence and confirm whether a physical return is required.
Does a replacement product restart a new 12-month warranty?
Not automatically. Unless otherwise agreed, a replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
