Warranty Policy
Last Updated: July 16, 2026
This Warranty Policy describes the warranty coverage provided by Wosente Trade HongKong Co., Ltd., operating under the brand name “WOSENTE” (“WOSENTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for eligible mobile phone screens, batteries, replacement parts, and related products supplied through our website and business channels.
This policy applies primarily to business-to-business customers, including distributors, wholesalers, importers, retailers, repair centers, technicians, and other commercial buyers.
By purchasing products from WOSENTE, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Warranty Policy, unless different warranty terms are confirmed in writing in a quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, order confirmation, or other written agreement.

2. Warranty Coverage
Subject to the conditions and exclusions described in this policy, the following products are generally covered by a twelve-month limited warranty:
WOSENTE mobile phone screens;
Mobile phone batteries supplied by WOSENTE;
Charging ports and charging boards;
Flex cables;
Mobile phone cameras;
Back covers;
Midframes and frames;
Speakers and earpiece speakers;
SIM card trays;
Buttons;
Other eligible mobile phone replacement parts.
The twelve-month warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and product quality problems that occur under proper installation, testing, storage, and normal use.
Warranty coverage may vary for certain products, models, batches, customized products, clearance products, samples, or specially negotiated orders. Any different warranty arrangement must be confirmed in writing before the order is placed.
3. WOSENTE Screen Warranty
WOSENTE screens are generally covered by a twelve-month limited warranty.
The warranty may apply to verified product quality problems such as:
Abnormal display;
Touch failure;
Unstable touch response;
Display lines or abnormal screen areas;
Abnormal brightness or color caused by a manufacturing defect;
Functional failure unrelated to installation damage;
Compatibility problems confirmed to be caused by the supplied product.
The screen must be installed and tested by a qualified technician using appropriate tools, procedures, and testing equipment.
Any protective film, identification label, warranty label, flex cable, connector, and product structure must remain intact during the initial inspection and warranty evaluation.
4. Service Pack and Original Screen Products
Brand-new original screens supplied in Service Pack or similar original-product categories are not covered by the standard twelve-month WOSENTE warranty unless warranty coverage is expressly confirmed in writing before purchase.
The warranty status of original screens may vary according to the brand, model, source, packaging condition, supplier terms, and order agreement.
Customers should confirm the applicable warranty terms with the WOSENTE sales team before placing an order for original or Service Pack screens.
Nothing in this section changes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
5. Battery Warranty
Mobile phone batteries supplied by WOSENTE are generally covered by a twelve-month limited warranty.
The warranty may apply to verified manufacturing or quality problems such as:
Failure to charge;
Failure to power on the device;
Abnormal capacity performance caused by a product defect;
Abnormal voltage;
Rapid self-discharge caused by a manufacturing defect;
Battery swelling not caused by improper installation, impact, overheating, overcharging, misuse, or unsuitable storage;
Diagnostic or system-reading failure where the specific battery version was expressly sold as supporting that function.
Battery capacity and performance naturally change over time and through repeated charging cycles. Normal capacity reduction caused by ordinary use, aging, storage time, or charging habits is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
For battery versions advertised as supporting system diagnosis, battery information reading, or zero pop-up functionality, compatibility may depend on the device model, operating system version, installation procedure, transferred components, calibration, and other technical conditions.
Customers should confirm compatibility for the relevant model before purchase.
6. Other Mobile Phone Parts
Other eligible mobile phone replacement parts are generally covered by a twelve-month limited warranty for verified manufacturing defects.
These products may include:
Charging connectors;
Charging flex assemblies;
Charging boards;
Button flex cables;
Camera flex cables;
Front and rear cameras;
Camera lenses;
Back covers;
Midframes;
Speakers;
Earpiece speakers;
Vibration motors;
SIM trays;
Side buttons;
Small replacement components.
The warranty applies only when the product has been correctly matched to the relevant device model and properly installed by a qualified person.
7. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the products.
The customer should retain relevant order information, invoices, delivery records, product labels, batch information, and packaging during the warranty period.
Where the delivery date cannot be reasonably verified, WOSENTE may calculate the warranty period from the shipping date or another documented transaction date.
A replacement product does not automatically restart a new twelve-month warranty period. Unless otherwise agreed, the replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
8. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty evaluation, the following conditions must generally be satisfied:
The product was purchased directly from WOSENTE or an authorized sales channel;
The product remains within the applicable warranty period;
The product was correctly selected for the relevant device brand and model;
Installation was performed using appropriate tools and professional procedures;
The product was not physically damaged during installation or removal;
The product was used under normal operating conditions;
Product labels, batch labels, warranty labels, serial markings, and identification information remain readable and intact;
The customer provides sufficient evidence for evaluation;
The claimed problem is confirmed to result from a product quality or manufacturing defect.
WOSENTE may refuse a warranty claim when the product cannot be identified or when the supplied information is insufficient to evaluate the issue.
9. Testing Before Installation
Customers and technicians should inspect and test screens, batteries, and replacement parts before final installation.
For screens, the customer should connect and test the product before removing protective films, applying adhesive, installing the frame permanently, bending the flex cable, or completing final assembly.
The initial screen test should include, where applicable:
Display;
Touch;
Color;
Brightness;
Compatibility;
Connector condition;
Flex cable condition;
Relevant device functions.
For batteries and other replacement parts, the customer should test the basic functionality and compatibility before completing permanent installation.
Products showing an apparent problem should not be permanently installed or further modified.
10. Situations Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover problems caused by:
Incorrect installation;
Installation by unqualified personnel;
Improper testing methods;
Physical impact;
Dropping or crushing;
Excessive pressure;
Scratches, cracks, dents, or deformation;
Broken glass;
Damaged OLED or LCD panels;
Torn, folded, cut, punctured, or excessively bent flex cables;
Damaged connectors or pins;
Improper adhesive application;
Use of unsuitable tools;
Liquid exposure;
Moisture;
Corrosion;
Fire or excessive heat;
Improper voltage;
Short circuits caused during installation;
Incorrect charging equipment;
Overcharging or misuse;
Unauthorized modification or repair;
Removal or alteration of product labels;
Incorrect product or model selection;
Software, motherboard, device, or system problems unrelated to the supplied part;
Damage caused by another defective device component;
Improper transportation or storage after delivery;
Normal wear and tear;
Normal battery aging or capacity reduction;
Failure to follow technical instructions;
Force majeure or circumstances beyond WOSENTE’s reasonable control.
Cosmetic differences that do not materially affect product functionality may not qualify as warranty defects.
Minor variations in color, brightness, finish, dimensions, packaging, printing, or appearance may occur between different batches and may not constitute a defect where the product remains within the agreed specifications.
11. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, the customer should contact the relevant WOSENTE sales representative or email
wholesale@wosente-tech.com
The customer should provide:
Customer or company name;
Order number or invoice number;
Product name;
Brand and model;
Quantity affected;
Date received;
Description of the problem;
Clear photographs;
Clear video evidence showing the issue;
Product label or batch label;
Packaging information where relevant;
Test results or installation information where requested.
For screen claims, the video should clearly show the device, screen connection, display, touch function, and reported problem.
For battery claims, the customer may be asked to provide voltage, charging, capacity, diagnostic, or device information.
WOSENTE may request additional evidence or require the product to be returned for inspection.
Submitting a claim does not automatically mean that the product is defective or that the claim has been approved.
12. Inspection and Evaluation
Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection and verification.
WOSENTE may evaluate:
Whether the product is within the warranty period;
Whether the product was supplied by WOSENTE;
Whether labels and identification details are intact;
Whether the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect;
Whether there is evidence of installation damage, misuse, physical damage, or external causes;
Whether the product was correctly matched to the device model;
Whether the issue can be confirmed through photographs, videos, testing, or physical inspection.
The time required for evaluation depends on the product, quantity, evidence provided, and whether physical return is necessary.
13. Available Warranty Solutions
If a warranty claim is approved, WOSENTE may provide one of the following solutions, depending on the product, defect, stock availability, order status, and commercial circumstances:
Replacement of the defective product;
Replacement in a future shipment;
Account credit;
Partial or full product-value compensation;
Repair or technical solution where appropriate;
Another solution agreed between WOSENTE and the customer.
The selected solution will be determined after evaluation and communication with the customer.
Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, warranty compensation is limited to the value of the affected product.
Warranty coverage does not normally include:
Installation fees;
Removal fees;
Repair labor;
Lost profits;
Business interruption;
Customer compensation paid by the buyer;
Device replacement costs;
Data loss;
Indirect or consequential losses.
14. Return Shipping and Related Costs
Customers should not return products without receiving return instructions or authorization from WOSENTE.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
For products with verified defects not caused by human damage, misuse, improper installation, or other customer-related factors, the customer may return the products for replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost from the overseas location to Hong Kong, while WOSENTE will cover the shipping cost from Hong Kong to Shenzhen.
Responsibility for return shipping, replacement shipping, customs charges, taxes, and other costs will be determined according to:
The cause of the problem;
The result of the warranty evaluation;
The value and quantity of the products;
The destination country;
The original order agreement;
Any written arrangement with the sales representative.
Where practical, approved replacement products may be included in the customer’s next shipment.
15. Mixed Orders and Partial Claims
For mixed orders containing screens, batteries, and other replacement parts, warranty claims will be evaluated by individual product type, model, quantity, and reported issue.
A defect affecting one item or one product category does not automatically entitle the customer to reject or return the entire order.
Only products confirmed as defective and eligible under this policy will be considered for warranty resolution.
16. Samples and Customized Products
Samples, specially sourced products, custom-assembled products, customized packaging, logo-printed products, and other non-standard products may be subject to different warranty conditions.
The applicable requirements should be confirmed before production or shipment.
Customization preferences, artwork approval, packaging design approval, and product specifications confirmed by the customer are not considered product defects.
17. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate brand, model, version, quality, specification, and quantity information before ordering.
Some mobile phone models may have regional, production-batch, motherboard, connector, system-version, or technical differences.
WOSENTE will provide reasonable product-selection support, but final compatibility may depend on the exact device and installation conditions.
A product will not be considered defective solely because it was ordered for the wrong model or used in an incompatible device.
18. Data and Device Responsibility
The installation, testing, repair, or replacement of mobile phone components may affect device data or functionality.
Customers and technicians are responsible for backing up relevant device data before repair or installation.
WOSENTE is not responsible for data loss, account loss, software loss, device-reset consequences, or other data-related damage resulting from installation, repair, testing, or device failure.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOSENTE’s liability under this Warranty Policy is limited to the value of the product approved under the warranty claim.
WOSENTE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or third-party claims.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Relationship With Sales Documents
This Warranty Policy should be read together with the relevant quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, invoice, sales contract, product description, and written communication between WOSENTE and the customer.
If a written order agreement expressly provides different warranty terms for a specific product or transaction, the specific written agreement will take priority over this general policy.
Verbal statements are not considered amendments to the warranty unless confirmed in writing by an authorized WOSENTE representative.
21. Policy Updates
WOSENTE may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, business operations, technical requirements, supply arrangements, or applicable laws.
The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
The warranty terms applicable to a specific order will generally be the terms in effect or agreed in writing when the order is confirmed.
